In this video, I fix the hairline crack in my BMW CSL style trunk. This trunk wasn’t perfect when I got it, but it’s been a fun project getting it ready for paint. Thankfully this was only a small crack and was simple enough for a novice like myself to fix!

Nice vid.
Just one tip, when using resin next time. Usually the amount of resin youre using depends on how stiff or flexible you want it to be.
When Im working on aircraft parts i use a minimum of resin and at least 3 layers of fiberglass. The fibers have to be put in a 45 degree angle to the crack. So thats how you get it really stiff and by angeling the fibers it gets super resistant to shocks 🙂
