When radio goes off after few mins of driving due I have to replace it ? I
checked fuses and there ok! Or should I replace module?
Does the back part of the stereo have and aux input ? Or how can I install
one ?
Great video. Just replaced mine. Saved me some dough. Thanks
thank u
So where can I buy a replacement CCC unit?
From BMW Dealer and needs to be programmed after installation.
Say for example you have XM radio subscription, When you replace the whole
CCC unit, and programming is complete, will you still have XM radio feature
available?
When you take the radio/ air conditioning plastic piece out. Is that able
to split apart into 2 separate pieces, or are they connected as one.
It won’t effect your XM. There is a separate tuner module in the car.
@HiTechElectronic What´s the name of you website?
Danke für das Video hat mir sehr geholfen bei meiner Reparatur. Grüße aus
Deutschland
Yes it is.
Hi Thank you for this video! I have one issue. Where can I get those
plastic blue tools you are using when you remove the case? Can I buy those
from you? I live in Sweden though…
@Amilo2000 You could order it to us. Send us an email using our website.
and is the same process for 2008 model?
if the dvd player goes bad do I have to replace the hole unit? or can I
separate the dvd player from there?
I ask because I am having my M5 E60 CCC replaced. After getting some minor
body work and paint job done, we got in the car and upon start up we saw
the blank screen of death along with an SOS error. The body shop sent it to
BMW who said the CCC went bad and they agreed to replace it. I have XM
Sirrus radio and wondered if the new installation could effect it.
You need to replace the whole unit or send the whole unit to us for repair.
Dude, your a legend for this clip! I was sure I was on the right track, but
really concerned I might snap the clips.. you just confirmed it! Thank you!!
