ismaelfarahiem says:

yea mike lines have to be braided all the way around well thats the proper
way. cheaper to cross reference your car example my 03 speed protege
braided lines all around with 07 mazda 6 caliper this is crazy 1200$+ for
brembo wilwoods cheaper but still.

FELiPES101 says:

what size rims does the e9x have stock…19in? I’m looking for a big brake
kit that fits my e39 m5 stock rims which are 18inches.

R0ckstrmik3 says:

How big the rims have to be to fit

iCONICAACINOCi says:

I like that the bleed nipple is somewhere nice and accessible on the front!
😀

OogyA Boogy says:

@7674Princess That’s a splash guard, it helps water move away from the disc
which increases braking. Not sure why he hasn’t put it back on as it’s on
every modern car.

Andy Le says:

what size rotor is considered a big one? I usually see 355 mm and 365mm.
Are they big?

HowFarToAsgaard says:

hmmm bit more into then what this video shows to do a job like this first
how did he come about the dog bone to mount the calliper brembo and hows he
going to balance the brake presure out now that he has more pots to fill?
theres alot more then just whe is doing

Andre Vershun Pernell II says:

@naz8901 Oh neat, I can understand the concept of removing water for
IMPROVED braking 🙂 I’m guessing with the splash gaurd off, Its just better
not to do much driving in the rain or whatever..lol 🙂

Mikelaren101 says:

is there anything that needs to be done to the brake line itself to change
for the swap? or is it just “plug and play”

Pseud0Link says:

dont know if you ever got a reply but it’s almost always 18″ or bigger

TheBladeSickness says:

The brakes are one of the sexiest things on a car.

Andre Vershun Pernell II says:

@7674Princess So the brake rotor will be ok without that black thing he
took off???

kuan yeh says:

song name?i like this rythm

SCHIZOPHRENlC says:

I need new brake pads…

achuck4321 says:

You really shouldn’t let a calliper hang by the brake lines…

blueststar4u says:

Sooo faaaakeeee. Jk

macthemec says:

the cars EBD will be able to cope with having over sized front brakes and
stock rear brakes. basically the car won’t end up in a dangerous situation
by changing the brakes, but it probably won’t stop any faster either in
high speed situations. about all you can expect out of doing this is less
brake fade, some “street cred” and better pedal modulation.

Fiaz Barkhar says:

BmW sux. Jaguar is where its at.

DORUKOZKAN says:

watching this is so satisfiying

Andre Vershun Pernell II says:

DAMN thats a big ass rotor…LOL….stops on dime I bet. GREAT video!!!!
XOXO

Tricia Novak says:

are or can brembo brake a little noisey when applyed???

18iser says:

at 1:21 you can clearly see it is not!

iCONICAACINOCi says:

Isn’t it easy working on a brand new car with no seized nuts, rusted bolts
and rounded heads!

Liist says:

@7674Princess Actually the size of the rotor and the pads do not really
increase stopping distance. The main advantage of these brake kits is
better feel, less chance of locking up, less fade, and less overheating. If
you really want to stop on a dime get lighter wheels, stickier tires, and a
stiffer suspension.

Boris Vassilev says:

Beauty 🙂

h0wHigh12 says:

wow take a picture of a brake line…rofl

somendnguy says:

Ethan R says:
