Dr. Auto Tech says:

New video. let me know how you like it!

Salvador Esteban says:

Dr. Auto Tech has been around for a long time. I remember seeing that sign
when I was a kid. My cousin still lives in the South Bay area and he swears
by them.

Leana Dame says:

They want to take cash out of my pocket so they can cover their blotted
overhead??? They must be joking. Just because I drive a BMW doesn’t mean
I’m rolling in cash. If I can get the same service and same quality for
less, I’m in.

Hayden Akiyama says:

I thought that the dealer was the best place to go for BMW service,
especially since it is a high performance car. After watching this I am
going to watch them a little more closely. Thanks for the info.

Clement Relf says:

Who has the time to compare quotes and check up on the work done at a BMW
service center? It sucks that it is so hard to find someone good and
trustworthy. I say if you find a good mechanic stick to him like glue.

Annmarie Petway says:

I hate taking my car in for repairs. The are always trying to add on a
bunch of repairs that my car doesn’t even need.

Corrina Leach says:

Great information! I had no idea dealers would pull stunts like that.
Getting a second opinion is really a good idea.

Lonnie Harriston says:

I found that article they are talking about in the video. I just Googled
crafty dealerships and saw the story on the Time Magazine website. It is
not just about BMW repairs from BMW service centers. It is about service
centers from car dealerships in general, but it is just like they said. If
you go to the dealership for repairs, Watch Out!

Carolynn Mcrae says:

So True. I took my BMW to the dealer and the whole time it was under
warranty, everything was cool. That is why I couldn’t believe it when a
week after the warranty expired I got hit with a $3,000 repair bill.
Unbelievable

Heidi Blake says:

When you go to the dealer you expect it to cost more, but you also expect
them to use premium parts and do excellent work. The BMW service center I
go to does a good job. I never had any problems. At least that I know
about. Maybe I should get a second opinion. Just to keep them honest

Susanna Hemstreet says:

If you can’t trust the dealer who can you trust? Oh wait those are the guys
that made me negotiate for hours and had to go talk with the manager to
give me a decent deal on my BMW, then tried to force me to take their
overpriced financing. Trust the dealer. lol
