I had to do this twice on my E38 in about 2 years. No start fault, starter motor wouldn't spin up. when I stripped the old switch down the 2 end pairs of contacts were all burned and black so the current wouldn't flow, the pins always looked off center to me, I was well surprised when I had to replace it again. Car only had 50k on it. Nice video.
