I wondered timing chain problem when I saw the first part your water pump
video but after seeing the slack in your pump I guess it was the pump. My
pump seized without warning on my e38, snapping the tensionor etc. Was the
only tow home in my life and cost lots to fix…I enjoy your videos.

I have the same exact issue
I took it to ALL GERMAN AUTO in San Diego and they told me it was my timing
chain was a lil loose and my upper chain guide was no good !
