housemsc1 says:

I heard you are suppose to clear codes after you do this?

Kevin Schmitz says:

13 62 1 433 567 is the mass air flow sensor…. 12 14 7 539 166 is used for
both Cam shaft sensors

MINIzguy says:

A bad camshaft position sensor can also lead to: change in exhaust note
(blatty sound) lumpy idle SES light on car running rich

Thanks a lot for the video!

mcturbob says:

You have replaced both sensors and I was wondering why you decided to
replace the two of them? Did the ECU see errors in the two?

kokovq says:

did you get any codes ??? mine gave me P0020 intake camshaft position
actuator circuit/open bank 2 please let me know

Ugur Ekim says:

hello, i can give u 1 symptom. if the car randomly goes off when you drive
(motor goes off), and it doens’t want to start. When my car just randomly
cut off the engine (electric still works) and it stopped the engine, i
couldn’t get it on again how much i try’d to start my engine up again. 2
Sensor’s where faulty; Camshaft Crankshaft after these replacement, my car
works like a charm!

kuitsss says:

To e39source did it improve throttle response

E39Source says:

I didn’t have ECU errors, but I decided to replace them preventatively.

kuitsss says:

Thanks for the vid but I have a question what the symptoms to promt you to
change the sensors ?

E39Source says:

Thank you for noticing our flaw. Appreciate the feedback! Fixed.

MINIzguy says:

Looks like you had very leaky valve covers in the past. I need to make an
M5 video on this procedure too. My intake bank 2 CPS is gone (has been
intermittent since the summer) and it is a different process, as we have
both intake and exhaust CPS’s and they are located in the back of the
engine.

ccrider says:

what symptoms did you have that made you replace the CPSs?
