Great post! I bought all of the Lemfoerder parts I needed from you guys
and just followed the instructions on this video. My son and I did it in a
couple of hours. Easily the most difficult part was getting the old
bushing out of the bracket and getting the new one in. Thanks for the

Great quality video guys! I’m getting all sorts of squeaks on my front and
rear (95 E36 M3) 120k on it. H&R springs Bilstein struts lowered. I know I
need to replace the rear shock mounts with something heavy duty. What do
you suggest I replace on the front or additional in the rear? I would love
to have it super tight and no squeaks. Thanks!
