2024-2025 BMW X5 Key Fob Battery Replacement – EASY DIY

Here is the all new fob from the 2024 X5 model. This specific fob is from the M60i any fob that looks similar to this one is the exact same process. You will need a new 2032 coin cell battery and a regular sized flat blade screwdriver. Slide the side out as I’ve shown in the video and use your flat blade screwdriver to gentle remove the battery tray. Replace your dead / weak 2032 battery with the + side facing downward in the tray. Clip the tray back in and place the side piece back into place. You’re all set! No need to reprogram. Hope you found the video helpful!
