When you’re putting valves back together and it’s time to put the tablets back on the ends of the valves it can be a little tricky, I’ve made some special tools out of all PVC pipes that help me compress the springs so I can take the valve tablets stick them to a screwdriver using grease. When you have all the right tools the job goes together real nice and easy.

Ouch it hurt to watch this. The valve guide should be replaced from putting your plyer inside of it and your seal is ripped from putting it on the valve like that. This is poor rebuild information.
00:13 people dont do this, those valve seals have ridges inside that hold onto the valve stem seat thats why he had a hard time pulling it out on 00:20, that one seal might have been compromised and probably might not be able to hold on after installation, valve stem seals come with plastic protectors they look like straws and you use those to cover the valve to protect the valve seal ridges when you want to install it through the valve.
Hi
Morning!
How many man hours to replace stem seals on Saab 9-3?
Cheers
I bought a special tool for pulling out valve stem seals for $6 and it works great, I do not see any reason to use ordinary pliers for removing them because ordinary pliers suck at it.
Do i need to adjust the valves in the end of this process?
DON NOT PUT THE PLIERS INSIDE THE HOLE, THIS IS THE BRASS GUIDE, SCRATCH THIS AND YOUR GET PREMETURE FAILURE.
Thank you so much, all the videos that I watched used tools to install. You showed that you do not need tools.
Cut your fingernails you weirdo
Nasty fingernails for sure need clipping.
Thanks for shareing!
no one show you how to do the intake ones tho "lol" i even got the pliers for it,stil a tight fit..
Geez cut your nails bro
I will rate video thumb down, because of these damn, solar panel adds. !!
What about putting some lube on seal lip.
Use oil to lube the seal so the valve stem doesn’t tear the inside seal.
Not enough room on the intake side for this though for me
Cool thanks
