Excellent video, but there is a step you might want to include when you are removing the switch. Sometimes it doesn't lift straight up, like in the video. That's what I experienced; you can take the armrest apart since it also clicks in on the other side as well. Otherwise, you can break the clips that hold it in. Thanks again.

there is another screw at the bottom, you need to remove that before pulling the door cover. Audi a4 2008

Great video! Question: none of my Audi's windows go down (with the master switch or each doors individual control). Breakers are good and the window lock is disengaged. Also, side mirror switch doesn't function either. Could a short in the master window switch cause this? (Maybe window lock was engaged when it went bad)

Not sure what it could be so I'm trying to troubleshoot before I start throwing money at it. Lol, I also read that the main door harness for the B6s tend to go bad over time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
