imo u can still push it back with your fingers no matter what .. or else the piston is sieged .. just apply stead preasure and it will go back nice and slowly no tools required .. unless u got extremly weak hands
I have used a pair large channel lock pliers in the past, but I really wouldn’t recommend it. If you’re willing to bleed your brakes, you might be able to unscrew the bleed nipple and push the piston in by hand.
excellent video. Im going to give this a try at the weekend. Can you push the piston back in with something else instead of having the specialist tool?
Forgot to mention leave the back brake disc on .. press it in 🙂
