If he used the wrong type fluid in power steering , I would check the
coolant as well. Any other coolant but G12 will clog the system and the
heater core.

in June 2013 my Audi A4 1.8T got a leak from the Rack-n-Pinion. I took it
to a local mechanic. They told me I needed to replace the Rack. They did.
How can I tell if they used the correct power steering fluid?
