Brilliant. Marine heat shrink tubing has hot glue inside of it, even
better.
Bought my A8 3 years ago & the headrests never worked. Just did the fix in
the video & now they work perfectly!!!!!!!!! Any chance of the rear ones
being fixed the same way?

Worked for me! The back 8mm screw is a pain to get in and out though. I did
both front seats on my 2002.
