Did you car survive this down the line? Blow off valves are one of the worst mods you can do as they completely mess up the air/fuel ratio
100000 times easier from the bottom…hoist the car if you have access to one and its right there
Its easier if u just removed ur head light
I have a 1.8awm. it's direct injection correct?
I installed one on my a4 1.8t and the dump is really quiet:/ although I donβt have a cold air intake, would that affect how loud the dump would be?
If you want to hear it take that air box off and put a cone on there and possibly a turbo inlet pipe

I have a gti and I was very confused when u opened the hood and then I realized it must be a Quattro
how did you adjust the top, tuening right and left how many time?
Unlucky, the a4 right driver side is much easier to work on, DV is right under the left side next to the radiators
Get zip ties that line not cheap guy
AC line lower the bracket broken happen to mine …..

if u remove the grill from your front right (or if u are facing the car left) fog light grill u can get to it that way π
at least move the screwdrivers and loose parts off the engine dude b4 u start it

the AC line runs inform parallel with your control arm.. it's been caught on something

hey did you notice any power increse after this? also does it make that pshhhh sound when running more boost? i have the same car but whit the 1.6t engine and i was considering doing this too… do you recon it would make sense?
what do you reckon about the 1998 audi a4 1.8t is it pretty much the same work at all? this is the only proper video i seen on youtube so yeah
i have to do this cause of my diverter valve being shitty. it doesn't hold any vacuum.. u got any tips on where to buy an original DV like a standard, Bosch type DV?

i have a 1.8t B6 as well. the stock hoses will fit the Forge mouth ends right? i hope i dont have to buy aftermarket hoses.
