Now after removing the 3rd bolt… I love videos just that easy!

jarrett pittock says:

You did not show how to remove the most difficult blower screw in the back !!

Kayla Fergusson says:

That third screw in the back is harder to get off than a squirrel on a popsicle stick

Star Gypsy Soul says:

How in the hell did you get the back one? I even got an electric ratchet. There’s no room to reach it with the floor board.

Michael Lewis says:

Good video, but not as easy as you make it look.

I have a 2004 Acura MDX and had to take my car into the dealership to get the passenger side airbag replaced for a recall. The next time I tried to use my AC it didn't work. The dealership said I had a bad AC blower resistor and was going to charge me $300 just for the part. I bought one myself and replaced it but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

jesus sj says:

Same for 07 mdx???

Edgar Antonio says:

Hey bro thanks man you’re the boom I saved over $300 from the dealer I did it on my TL 2006 Acura bad ass I only pay for the part $70 the dealer want way more plus $165 per hour to installation

Paul Chesek says:

Great video Brian…helped me remove and clean my blower/rotor to remove some debris and get rid of the whirring noise caused by all the debris that had accumulated over the years…

Baby Cakes says:

My motor makes a loud noise like an airplaine. I thought that might be debris in my filter, so I pulled out the filter but the helicopter noise is still there, even louder now because it is not muffled by the glove box. Do I need new blower motor or there will be debris in the blower motor causing the helicopter noise?

yinka santacruz says:

What do I do if I have clicking noise in that department, it just clicks and clicks. It started last week when I tried to remove the stereo and trip computer so I thought debris must’ve gone through to some moving components there and It’s driving me crazy. I removed the glove box and some switches and that turned off the ignition so that sent me straight to agonizing sleep. I have 2006 Acura MDX touring

Conversation Over Coffee says:

Have the same Milwaukee power set. Very handy

Emily Bohner says:

Do you have any videos for replacing the resistor for a 2010 mdx?

Kevin Smith says:

Thanks for the informative video, Brian. My 2005 MDX AC/Heater has been making intermittent noises for the last few months. I always hit the "full auto" button and let the AC unit adjust to whatever temperature I set instead of using the manual controls. Last weekend I changed the cabin air filter and checked for debris in the blower fan but that was clean. The cabin air filter had turned completely black. Whenever that sound occurs I simply turn the fan off and back on again, which stops the noise. Yesterday on the way to work it started making a squeaking sound so I did the off/on maneuver with the fan again. I drove it last night and again this morning on the way to work without any issues. Should I replace the resistor, and if so can I replace it without taking the motor out? Thanks so much for your help.

neil Hing says:

One of the most informative repair video. Thanks

Michael Barron says:

Thank you very much! My son and I just followed your instructions and replaced the blower and blower resistor in our 2002 MDX with 250,000+ miles. We ordered the parts using your link. Total cost under $80. My son is looking forward to having cold AC again as the temps hit 117 this week in Phoenix!

aja scott says:

Changed the resistor in mt 2001 acura mdx. The fuses are fine. The rear ac just doesnt work. The lights on it doesnt light up either. Any thought on what i could try next??? Thanks

Anthony Haupt says:

After 150k miles my blower on my MDX is making a squealing sound. Do I need to replace both the motor and the resistor or just the motor?

Sebastian Figueroa says:

Is this to fix the heat if hot or cold air isn’t working?
