Acura MDX 2019 Keyless Remote battery replacement
1. Remove the metal blade key
2. Use a standard (flat-head) screwdriver to gently pry open the fob
3. Slide-out the two batteries
4. Insert the new batteries
5. Snapback together the two halves of the Acura key fob

P.S. I also recommend dusting the pocket debris from the inside rim etc. using an old dry toothbrush when disassembled.
I found that a quarter fit and worked better than the key to pry open the fab, but thanks for posting as the owners manual in my 2017 TLX Acura did not provide any instructions on the process of changing the CR2032 battery. Go Figure
