hey, so the bolt that holds the brake to the lower control arm snapped.. do
you have any suggestions as to how to get the bolt out?

FastestIntegra says:

@krnilsson2929 Use a easy out kit

fitzerkyle says:

wow what kind of impact tool is that! awesome vid

mwdub02 says:

Is that ryobi two speed lithium or one speed?

FastestIntegra says:

@civicscreamer It is a 18volt Ryobi Impact drill. If the bolts are seized
use a breaker bar.

krnilsson2929 says:

@FastestIntegra i tried that but it wouldnt work the bolt was so rusted
in… i ended up drilling it out but thanks for the help anyways.

yadper27 says:

Hey how do u put the coilovers on now?

FastestIntegra says:

It ride’s good not to stiff or bouncy at all. but every big bump or 1”
pothole at 70mph in the road make a very loud slam noise not cool. I wish I
had spent more money on a good Coil over setup that has a damper setting.
Maybe like Skunk 2 or something brand name. KYB struts are entry level:(

ThePlug99 says:

I have a 92 DA that I literally just replaced all the ball joints, upper &
lower control arms, inner & outer tie rod ends, and struts and springs. I
used the KYB struts and Tein springs as well haven’t gotten to drive it yet
and was wondering how they rode? The douchebag that had it before me put 2
inch rubber blocks in the rear springs and it was killing my back on every
little bump I’m hoping the grand I spent on the suspension will turn out
ok… Thanks for the vid…

Vincentex3 says:

that thing have enuff torque to get those nuts off?

theForgotteNJ says:

I have a 94 teg I just tried to take out the strut bolt and the head
snapped off…I am doing aluminum control arms..how the Hell do you go
about taking that busted bolt out…on the other side is a welded nut…any
imput would be awesome!

FastestIntegra says:

@adamnval Yes

michael moyles says:

hey man, graet vid. what kind of power drill are you using? it sound like
it has a hammer action or something like an impact wrench. im trying to get
my rear trailing arm off entirely and every bolt is seized.

ramongambino1977 says:

Thank you , I appreciate it

adamnval says:

Is dis da same way u take of struts on a 94 teggy??

FastestIntegra says:

It is very close to the same. Try it, it’s not that hard at all. Good luck

ThePlug99 says:

I actually just fabricated a simple bracket to bolt it onto the lower
control arm but thanks for the response… How’d that suspension set up
ride?

nopi98 says:

Do autoparts stores carry that bolt or with that need to be purchased from
the dealership?

FastestIntegra says:

No that is weird. Maybe it’s the wrong part but if it was for a civic or
something it should still have that mount. You can drive it without the
sway bar but it will sway a bit like a 4×4. I dont know what else to say.
Good Luck

ramongambino1977 says:

is it the same as a acura legend 91 ??

FastestIntegra says:

I would try a hardware store or the wrecking yard

FastestIntegra says:

I have a video of that. Go to my channel and look for my how to vids on the
right.

FastestIntegra says:

variable speed 18 volt Ni-cd battery

ThePlug99 says:

Also my new control arms didn’t come with a place to mount the sway bay
(torsion bar) to it any ideas?
