Can you give me any more details on doing the rears? I followed your video
for the fronts and I don’t know if the rears are as simple as the video
looks or what but i’m nervous that i’m going to miss something since you
didn’t go into detail for the rears.

How did you remove the rear deck without taking out the rear quarter
panels? I tried to put new speakers in the back of my mustang, but kept
getting caught on the rear quarter panel (which is a HUGE pain to try and
replace :/ )

i installed some speakers in a ram pickup. they worked fine last night then
this afternoon it was working fine then i started adjusting the mirrors and
the speakers just went out. the radio and ipod are light up but no sound
from the speakers. could a fuse blown or could the speakers have blown. i
haven’t been able to check them yet just wanted ur advice.

xXxDONAHUExXx says:

Did this mustang have a Mach 460 sound system? If so what did you do with
the headunit and amps?

trixr4kidsdawg says:

@Drboy2595 LOL!

Bmcarroll1 says:

It’s just held in by those three bolts that can be seen when you lower the
back seats. Then it slides out. In order to get the screws out on the
speakers near the window, you might have to buy some stubby screwdrivers,
which are available at most automotive stores.

nash7338 says:

How did you get the back deck off?

ReconAMP says:

its always best to test your speakers tho before you put on the door trims.

Where Can I purchase these and how do i determine that they will fit snugly

vtgamehendge says:

This is one thing I hate about my Mustang. I need to replace my front
speakers because the passenger side is blown, but it’s such a pain in the
ass. I replaced all the speakers in both of my old Honda Accords with no
problem (even put components in my old ’87). It was just a matter of
removing the grilles. Didn’t have to take the doors apart or mess with any
panels. Easy. Might just drop a little extra cash and take the Mustang to
the local audio shop after ordering new speakers.

timothyyokovich says:

its the exact same way, i just did it with my car that has the mach system.

g36cking says:

Where can i get the Speaker harness adapter

kintarben says:

@ParanoiaPrise Must be…Best Buy isn’t a Wal-mart or anything.
