Normal Acceleration – 5 speed
1st > 2nd – 14 mph (23 km/h)
2nd > 3rd – 25 mph (40 km/h)
3rd > 4th – 40 mph (64 km/h)
4th > 5th – 49 mph (79 km/h)
Cruise from acceleration – 5 speed
1st > 2nd – 7 mph (11 km/h)
2nd > 3rd – 23 mph (37 km/h)
3rd > 4th – 33 mph (53 km/h)
4th > 5th – 45 mph (72 km/h)

A couple of questions i have, one is for the reverse gear, do you also
press the clutch and gas pedal at the same time to move backwards or, just
press the gas, someone told me that, that’s the process. Another i heard
that in order to shift from 2nd to 3rd gear there is a certain way of doing
it for example pressing down on the gear then moving it in a diagonal way,
or just move it diagonal, after pressing the clutch?

I think it applies to all manuals, once I tried to start my Dad’s car
without the clutch pushed in (it was in neutral and it was when he was
