If it's any consolation, those suspension bolts love to seize. I would, however, suggest to anyone that once you find you'll have to cut a bolt that you get correct replacements in hand before proceeding, especially if it's your only vehicle.
Looks good, just for any further suspension work (pretty much just for bushings), jack the suspension up till it’s essentially loaded the same as at ride height so when you tighten and torque your bushings, the bushings are at the height they’ll sit at on the ground otherwise you potentially risk tightening, then dropping the car down and binding the up because they move after being loaded

I'd raise the back a little if anything. Otherwise the height is at a good level. Any lower would cause too many issues with kerbs and driveways
