customer states vehicle will not start upon arrival the vehicle was found with lots of parts in the trunk and lots of parts from other cars mixed in the customer had someone working on it before but they started chopping wires and taking things apart without looking forward to reassembly i quoted the job as an hourly repair we will see what the customer decides
