The only real reason you would sand the ktl coating or e coat is to get rid of any dirt nibs, other then that like you said the sealer bites into it….I usually never sand the ktl coating both inside and outside as it’s warranted by my paint company especially on most oem parts.

Looking at your video did you apply seam sealant on liftgate or was that already Factory applied..

Next time you have to do any seam sealer work would be awesome if you could make a video as to what products use and your Technique to get a nice OEM look

Question about your pps cups, looking to buy some..any tips pro cons about them ie brands to avoid…do you know how much they cost…etc where can you source them for reasonably.

Do you reuse the filter ie for sealer or primer or toss liner and filter out each time…
