Are these all plastic? How sturdy are they?

I like how easy you make this installation to look like. It is easy, so easy I'm going to buy the racks and DIM. That's right, I'm going to do it myself. By the way, what is the name of the rail that goes across over the roof? Also, can I buy all the racks as one package or did u purchased them individually?
Are these the factory rails from Acura?
