Am having a nightmare at the mo with a 2008 peugeot 308 1.6 petrol got the engine management light on and its running like a bag of shit goes into limp mode and the engine management light flashes and come up de- pollution system fault had a machine plugged in it but its not throwing no codes out the auto electrician did say it could be a faulty bcm
Thanks for that. I've been given a 1997 406 with intermittent misfire and no change after replacing the spark plugs. Checked some of the other sensors which gave an appropriate resistance reading so am considering the o2 sensor. Yours looks exactly the same as mine but I couldn't work out how to unplug it! like a numptie! But now I know and I feel confident enough to have a go myself.
