good vehicle, but very ordinary and boring
Going on 10 years with my 2009 Corolla that I bought used with 30,000 miles on it. 130,000 miles now and no problems, just oil/fluid/filter/tire changes. 40MPG My 1st car (1956) was a Model A Ford so I am amazed at the improvements.

Hey scotty I have to ask your options on a Toyota. My coworker bought a brand new Camry xse with some options and retained the 4 cylinder engine for $42,000!!!! We all tease him for he mainly walks to work a barely uses it. But is that just to much money for a 4 cylinder Camry? Hey could have bought a cpo Lexus ls for that money if he wanted options and to impress people? I'm fully restoring my 1989 560 s class mercedes and after I'm done, I'm in an almost new top model s class that IS reliable and built good for less than 15 thousand. Or I could have a Toyota for more than twice that and suffer depreciation?
I always thought of the Crown Victoria as a family car, not a grandpa car. When driving a cop car at 130mph I don't think of it as a grandpa car either.
My friend has a 98 Ranger with 600,000 miles on it. Original engine and trans. I think it's on its 3rd clutch. He keeps it waxed and polished and maintained.

Don't agree with not turning you head for side view cams. I always look left or right because I don't trust blind spots side mirrors can have. Now if these cams eliminate blind spots sure, I'm for it.
