Don't forget to wipe your forks off after down after dust removing. Better yet, get a spray bottle with isopropyl alcohol and clean everything thoroughly with it before putting your dust seals back. If you just use the card, it can cause some fork oil to leak down giving you a false positive. So always clean your forks afterward removing dust. Then compress your forks to see if you still have a leak.
