Transmission Control Module Code no communication with the TCM This code caused the door locks to jump up and down and the traction control light to come on and the Transmission to down shift as if it where engine braking only when hitting bumps in the road or driving on a rough road.

Thank you for taking the time to make this video. This was my exact problem and you saved me time and money for sure. My Stabilitrak, Traction Control & Check Engine warnings were on and my lift gate wouldn't open because it thought my vehicle was in gear. Hardly any power either. Thanks again. Thank you for this. I was having there exact same issue with the Stabilitrak lights, automatic doors, and gear dropping of the transmission. Read the codes LOST COMMS WITH TCM. I researched and saw your video and pulled the same wire harness. Boom: worn thru and oxidized wire. Fixed the wire connectors and so far so good. Cautiously optimistic that it survives a few more test drives before closing the work order. Thanks!!
