Broke my mirror
Electric setting now stuck
I’m having trouble with my spring.
I replaced the entire housing on a 2005 S80, only to find the mirror was flawed. I removed the mirror on the old housing. In the process of trying to do so, the bracket where the mirror attaches broke a part. I am concerned about breaking the bracket on the replaced housing. I had to apply a lot o force to get the mirror off the old housing. now way it was coming off with a finger pull.
