nice video..so the 500CC that came out ..was that inside that power steering container?
Add a little automatic trans CLEANER in the old powersteering fluid. Run it for like 15min.
THEN do the flush. That way you also clean out all the valves and hydraulic passages inside that steering rack All the gunk will drain out of the system.
Hey I got a 2004 vovlo s60 2.5T. My power steering went out. I changed the pump and fluid. No changes. Now I’m looking at a replacement rack and pinion which is $2000+ after labor. I’m looking for shops that work on fixing rack and pinions. Any clues? (btw did your car develop a problem further or did this help completely?)
Excellent video. I change the power steering every 40,000 miles due to the expense of repairs.
