Just posting to express my gratitude to you for this video. Was preparing to troubleshoot a non-operating issue with the CC on my 98 V70 GLT. Your tip about the vacuum line to the pump under the battery tray was spot on. The short length of rubber tubing that attaches to the pump had corroded. A quick fix for me because I already had such tubing from servicing my 87 Volvo 245 which has 419k+ miles on it at present and is still going strong. I’m cruising easy now fully operational. Many thanks.
You are welcome. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for explaining how the cruise works. I thought mine was broken because I kept pushing the resume to engage it instead of the + or -. Now I know.
Good. Hope you find the problem. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for the video. Going to diag my car.
Wish I had a cruise control on my Volvo, possibly the most used option on my previous ride. A Chevy Suburban 1500 LT ’98, parents’ car which I took care off, washed, cherished, loved …until they sold it earlier this year. I still miss it dearly since it was damn rare and huge compared to most cars here in Belgium (= diesel-hatchback country 🙁 ). That 5.7L V8 Vortec sound in the small inner-city roads, RWD (a couple of raindrops and I could do a donut without much effort or danger 😀 ).
yes yes yes very nuts lol lights up great lol
Nice, they just started working all the sudden? That’s nuts.
you know i have to see how good my cruise works my girl loves to speed in it. . by the way the lights on the numbers on the radio you fixed for me are lighting up now lol i did the climate control lights to now to do the switch lights lol
