It's PETER from Canada my friend. How you been. I just replaced my thermostat , Coolant temperature sensor original Volvo , Cap and rotor and plugs , cam sensor , crack sensor , ignition switch , fuel filter . Got a super deal from
CRIMINAL VOLVO $TEELER$HIP in my neck of the woods . 560,000 kilometers and still going strong . Engine compression test shows within FACTORY specs. Thanks ROBERT. you keep those VOLVOS ALIVE FOR LIFE.

when you see a blown radiator means head gasket gone. or worse water froze and cracked. nice job figuring out the J relays. on the subject of the thermostat, its very important to not have a cold engine, the water vapor in the oil never burns off and creates sludge, plus cylinder wear is 1000% higher at 130 than 190f more or less

Bernarda Flores says:

You where lucky in Panther w/ the thermostat bolts if you got the original torx. This can be a pita bear pain!

Hey Robert, Iā€™m considering buying a local 1996 850R Wagon with 110k miles. The interior is in great condition, no dents in the body but the roof and hood need painted, supposedly the wagon starts and drives but has an issue overheating. What are your thoughts on the overheating issue?
