When do you check the new headlight alignment?
I've called my phone carrier before and it turned out the entire call center could receive calls but couldn't place calls and when you called in they couldn't hear you. So I'd say it's 50/50 if they are using pre recorded messages to pretend like they can't hear you.

I’ve driven Volvo’s with Oxidized headlights they are the worst. One time I was in a construction zones at night in a terrible rain storm and I could not see a thing. Talk about a scary experience, afterwards I installed some LED’s then drivers thought I was driving with my brights on. I could see 20x better with the new headlights I’m pretty sure you will see a huge difference as well
