Sunroof trim installation: 10 to 30 minutes ($5 / $90 / $195)
In this video I installed the roof liner trip that goes around the sunroof from a 960, into my 850 after replacing the headliner. I pulled the trim from a salvage yard. I could not find the part listed for sale on a Volvo dealer parts website. It may be NLA (No longer available new from the dealer).

Any suggestions for the type of glue for the seam?
This reminds me that I need to fix/replace the trim around the front passenger window on my S70. I guess years of sun on it has shrunk it, and now there's a big gap. I put tape over it for the winter. :p

Huh, that’s a good idea. I might try using 960 trim on my V70R. I just redid the headliner and absolutely destroyed the original trim that was in perfect shape before.
Warning if your sunroof trim is not cracked don't touch it! It will turn to shards of sharp pointy things….and then you will need to track on of these down! Lol Yes you are correct on the measurements….and I still haven't trimmed mine yet lol. But a decimate nice upgrade.
My 960 has a slight overlap issue, so it hangs off just a bit, not even noticeable unless you stare at it.
