Hi! Nice job! Insane! I’m french, an I don’t undersatnd how many time it’s
take?
video taping a repair requires more time to finely detail the finish and
therefore this job took all day, of course that include lunch breaks and
lots of phone calls.
@jockas1 This particular job took all day. I do these big jobs for one
reason and that’s to learn more about metal. The next job will look so much
easier and that’s how you build experience and confidence. Many people do
not want to lose their factory paint and are willing to pay me well to keep
the value of the car.

How many work hours did you put on that dent? In sweden, we would just
change the door… The man hours would be to expensive.

@mo70sy I would definitely go to Syria, I think it would be enlightening
for both of us. “off dolly tag team” would be awesome if you both could
pull it off. You each would have to become a master of what part you play,
slapper or pusher. It would take tremendous discipline on both your parts
to stop and re-evaluate the situation as it evolves, remember the key part
is to control the shapes of what you are pushing with. In PDR, slow is fast
because the least pushes will win the day.

I believe that the intrusion bars in these volvo doors are made of 3mm+
thick aluminium… Very very tuff stuff

could have done that job, but never affraid to try. Where is a good source
for learning how to drop liners and interior panels. Every vehicle is
different and taking the dent out is not the problem, but accessing it is
for me.
That defiantely was a job and I liked the tool you came up with. I
definately can see the opportunities for its’ use. Very nice work.
@stripermanly Session #4 and #5 of my video course and show how to remove
panels and what to look for when running into trouble. Once you are taught
how to assess a panel, they are all the same.
how did they give him a patent for a bent piece of metal. to me that was an
incredible job. wow .
