I'm ramping up to do this as the shop quoted me $800-$900 to replace mine. I saw another video where they just removed the passenger headlight, turbo hoses and unbolted the power steering motor to access the alternator. They didn't have to drain anything.

I have seen a lot of Volvo S60 repairs in the last four years of owning one you are by far the best. Own a 2006 2.5T I am going to subscribe and hit the bell. I like to see a video on a tune up

I agree – great tutorial! I’ve watched others but you made the whole process look more achievable for my 2006 S80..will do that job soon, as the message I receive with the battery warning light is “Power System Service Urgent “..thanks again!
Can some one help? So I have a s60 01 2.4t with 89k miles but I have never seen one like mine. I have wood Interior, leather, sun roof, cool and heated seats. But it's a 2001
