what kind of rotors and brake pads are you using, I mean which brand ?

helped. And you are right, wrench’n and taking video is a very difficult
one man job!
@nedy75 I bought mine from FCPGroto dot com and brands for the rotor are
Nordic and the brake pads are genuine Volvo. Make sure you measure you
current rotor size, because our XC90 come with two different sizes (316mm
or 336mm), So far they have held up wonderfully, and I have put about
20,000 miles on them since Feb. 2011
