The symptom is random long crank time. Just to give an idea of where and how to replace the check valve on the fuel pump.

2:44 look. you need to take that apart and only have one ring on the check
valve!
you screwed up!! you left the old ring on the check valve so there is the
new and old one. The old one also doesn’t have it on there and upon looking
you have the old one behind the new one!!!

Большое спасибо! My 760 needs a new one for sure!
Your new car?
the fuel line coming from the tank runs to the filter first right? i
removed that line and had a friend crank it over and it didn’t spit fuel
out, is this a good indication that the in tank pump has went out?
My girlfriends 240.
why you not buy a new volvo s80 1999? i
thanks for posting the video.
You mentioned not to break the fuel hose line. How do you remove the fuel
hose line from the check valve so that you don’t break it? Did you just use
an adjustable wrench to unscrew it? Once the fuel line is off do you then
unscrew the check valve from the fuel pump using an adjustable wrench as
well? Thank you
