Brother, thanks to your video I just performed the installation. I installed a wireless transmitter and receiver in between since I was lazy to run the cable through the car.
This is an excellent video. I have a couple of questions. As I want to install a same radio. What radio is it so I can buy it on eBay. Second, I have to buy a trunk release switch that comes with the rear camera? Third . The wires that you connected that power the camera and signal, how did you know where in the harness that goes into the radio where to connect. Is there a diagram that tells you? And last what are the cam wire for? I appreciate any insight. Thank you in advance. Excellent video.

Ordered this from the ebay link, got it and installed following your video, super easy! I have a 2012 vw jetta, and now I've been experiencing battery issues, random dash lights coming on and my airbag light is on and can't get it turned off. Any suggestions? Thanks!
