Hi my splash guard came off a while ago and I had no choice but to take it all off cuz it had torn apart while i was on the high way then a week later I hit a pot hole damaging the guard that goes right under Neath where the air comes in from the grill could you please tell me if this is fine to leave alone or not I really don't know what to do

I need to change my bumper and Fendor Liner, but for the replacement bumper how do I remove the skid plate off(its the part actually on the bumper with the 3 triangular brackets that you slid the splash guard between) I'm assuming you remove the T25 screws but what about on the actual bumper, whats holding the plate to the bumper?
