What initially made you think you had a fan controller problem? Was there any test procedures you did before narrowing it down to the controller? Thanks for the video.

Thanks so much for the video!

Thanks for your video. Finally someone shows where the fan relay is located. I have Seat Ibiza 1.9 2005. Do you think the relay is in the same location you already mentioned?

Fancy says:

Did your car get rewired? What are all the redwires to?

My -99 TT's both fans stopped working, tried to so output test with vagcom with error, fuse was fine. I ordered new control module and hopefully it fixes the problem, I assume the job is pretty much the same as youra

What troubleshooting did you do to determine the fan control module was the problem and not something else like the fan switch, the fuse on top of the battery, or the fan itself? I appreciate the video and your response to the question.

Hi, thanks for sharing. Where is it located on the next gen 05-2011's?
Just replaced the AC control valve in my 2006 Jetta, charged up the freon; Nothing, same crap, just blows ambient air. AC fan NOT kicking on w/ the AC switch on dash. Do I need to bypass the high pressure switch? Had to on a friend's car to get it to start working. How do I bypass the high pressure switch? Inspected connector at high press switch, looks fine. Any idea/s much appreciated. – thanks, take care

Gino Crisano says:

I’m having a issue with my ac clutch kicks on no issues check to make sure it wasn’t leaking fine there my radiator fans kicks on and off like it should but the ac can not running at all is that the possible issue ?

Jesus says:

Is the fan control module also responsible in engaging the a/c clutch? both my fan and a/c clutch do not go on when turning on the a/c….

edit: figured it out, not enough pressure in the ac system for ecu to sense to trigger it on
