You must look at your cupholder’s hinges, to see if it is the same. Many of the older cars have a different style hinge, and this will not work for them.
so is this trim also compatible with a 2000 jetta? please let me know to order one from your website
I was able to do this without breaking off the plastic squares. I just used needle nosed pliers and grabbed the metal attachment at the end, just past the plastic square, and pulled up. The metal attachment snapped off of the plastic and the plastic square is able to be re-used again.
