German engineering… Can you imagine a ford? You'd need to have the rear differential torn appart and the transmition all over the floor before you could fill the windshield washer fluid.

Great video – thank you! Worked great for a 2009 Jetta SportWagen SE with the 2.5L engine. The hardest part was working the old motor out past the plastic vents and the footwell liner, then working the new one in past those items.

In case anyone else is looking, I found an OEM blower motor made by Valeo online through FCP Euro for under $100. The local VW dealership wanted $273 for it!

My 2006 VW Golf blower runs well for about 45 minutes after start, but then quits. It starts again if the car is turned back off. Any thoughts as to if the blower needs replaced?
