So there's only two wires to the horn but only one wire go's to the top of the horn on the steering wheel?
I'm trying to troubleshoot my horn. It works when I "short" the hot wire at the horn to the mounting bolt of the horn. A little beep and spark. My horn button is insulated at the wheel, tested with multi meter. No beep, maybe I need to clean the steering wheel brass more? Any advice?
