In today’s video, we will be replacing the battery on this late-model Volkswagen vehicle. We are replacing the battery due to damage over time from a parasitic drain, and because the battery is now 4 years old and is not capable of holding a proper charge. Initially, the battery tested OK with the conductance tester machine, however, shortly after a couple of weeks, the battery started getting weaker and finally failed the conductance test.

I will be releasing a video soon on the parasitic drain diagnostic in the upcoming days, so stay tuned…
