Thanks for posting this. Would you happen to know where at some point the
window electronics reach a circuit board? We have an issue with our VW
Mpolo MK3 and its windows. Last time we went to the garage man, they
cleaned up ‘a’ circuit board, the guy showed it to me, and that resolved
the issue (something about a false contact or something). I guess it is
dirty/rusty again and not doing it’s job. But the thing is, I don’t
remember where that circuit board went, would you happen to know? In
advance many thanks!

Please try not to fast forward the video. It gives a vertigo. Also, the
details go unnoticed. Try slpicing the unwanted portions to keep the video
short. Thanks,

Thanks Max Breakman for this great video. Just replaced it on a 2003 Jetta
wagon and now the window rolls down on its own after I just closed it. Did
the code reset procedure and reprogrammed with the key lock/unlock etc, no
go. Any suggestions? Much appreciated. (Xavier, Quebec, Canada)
