Today we repair the rusted out front window frame. Fabricating metal sections, cutting, grinding, welding and more. Preservation, restoration, repairing antique, vintage, classic cars and trucks is my passion. This 1965 Beetle was forgotten in a field in South Georgia for 40 years. Let’s bring it back to life. Little at a time it's looking better
Love ya videos man. Truly you’ve come a long way
Interesting repair. However, it would certainly have been possible to find another body than repairing this heap of scrap. If only one spot of rust is forgotten, it will take revenge after two years at the latest. This repair then means a considerable amount of work. Much luck.
Merry Christmas to you and yours CT. Good use of scraps to fabricate what's needed.
Tá de parabéns com a reforma, além de muita coisa pra fazer nele tá ficando top
Merry Christmas
Happy holidays CT, the window areas are detailed work and takes patience for sure. Very nice job and looks great. Before you get to far check the window fit as you go in case you need to back up on it. Definitely want the seal to fit right or it will leak
Você é muito bom no que faz. Tem paciência e o que eu acho ótimo são as suas ferramentas. Parabéns.
You´re great at what you do. You´re patient. And what I find great are the tools that you use.Congratulations.
Wonderful progress…can’t wait to see it done!! Merry Christmas!
Side note – have you ever done an equipment rundown? Kinda of a " this is my shop" video,?
Nice work! The shrinker sure made that easier.
