As much as I can't wait to see the end result, I will miss seeing what you have done. I have looked forward to watching these videos each week. Most would have walked away from what we first saw but what you have acheived is absolutely awesome. It brings back fond memories of my father and I working on my Beetle in the late 80s. Although the work we done was no where near what you have done. And the fact the chasis and running gear is all mostly new with the original body goining back on with that patina, AWESOME.

You cannot prime over sand blasted metal without sanding it
You can rent or buy a sandblaster in my day I could easily sandblast the whole interior DA it with 80 and prime it one day next day do the exterior
You're going a long ways to try and keep it original patina is it because of the price of automotive paint & primer
