Yeah Scotty, you get all that excitement when you finally get your BMW out of the shop. More exciting than a boring Corolla that just starts and goes.
I don't feel my 2020 Camry XSE, with a 4cyl, is at all boring; nor my 2019 TRD pro Taco

The only tip Scotty missed was don't buy a rebuilt or used power steering pump unless you know it worked and it came out of another Toyota 4Runner and it was original equipment and you know it worked great without making loud noise also
Electric cars…hybrids…they’re all bullshit…I have a Tesla…it will not last the claimed mileage numbers. Period. I have a 2022 Avalon…I love this car…but in 2023 you won’t be able to buy their best engine, ever in their SUV…why not? Because your on,y option is a hybrid.
Scotty which one would you recommend, a 03 f150 with the 4.6 v8 with 150,000 miles or a 2004 Chevy Silverado with a vortex 5.3 v8 with 130,000 miles
Yea I thought the same “Toyotas are boring” but when I went from my two civic Si’s to my Tacoma, thought the same “wow, very basic features and very plain” BUT, as I learned more and more about the company and their mission, I learned they spend their money on dependability and reliability and not “bells and whistles” and this is how they have stayed in business and are always on top!
Toyota is going bankrupt because Subaru is supplying boxer engines to all new Toyotas
Subaru symmetrical all-wheel drive technology and electric motor sounds like an easy marriage with Toyota attention to detail and reliability sounds like a winner to me.

Got a 2001 Volvo C70 and it starts bogging down 25-30 minutes after starting. Got codes for Evap and throttle position sensor. I’m thinking it’s the catalytic converter. Thoughts?
umm no the gr86 isnt a rebadge subaru its a full toyota car but with a subaru engine but ok
