hello . i have Toyota Yaris 2007 1.0 , rediator fan not working how to fix it
my Toyota Vits 2007 is also making noise like that how to fix it .
I have a daihatsu charade 3 cylinder that judders when the revs are low. Would you recommend checking the coil packs? Thanks in advance.
so my yaris barely has any power to climb uphill, does it necessarily mean I have to check the coil pack, because the running and the idling sounds abit off, will appreciate any advice given, Thank you
easier and safer to disconnect each injector plug to find crook cylinder coil.
Very helpful video. Had my yaris checked and was told the second coil was faulty. So I changed it. Still the same. Followed your instructions, with gloves, and found the first coil to be faulty so replaced that instead. Running lovely now. Cheers mate.
I would NEVER, and I mean EVER- instruct anyone to remove a coil pack while the engine is running. Coil packs emit 30,000 to 35,000 volts of energy that will KILL you! Defibrillators used by paramedics to shock the heart back into sinus rhythm ranges from 200 to 1700 volts and you recommend and teach DIYers to handle live coil packs!? Are you kidding me? If there is even the tiniest of cracks in the boot, the voltage will stray and go through a person (did you ever hear the expression, electricity seeks the path of least resistance) Your demonstration is irresponsible and totally unprofessional.
interesting, we have seen what the garage did for us today as we had a misfire on number 1. they put new plugs in too and the air filter
this is not a yaris its an aygo 😛
Hi Steve, according to diagnostic report cylinder 3 is the coil that is faulty. How do I know which one that is, or should I just change all 3 and be done with it?
Thank you so much this is a lot more simple then I thought it would be
many thanks
Hey Steve will this test work on a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 v8?
I have a suspected duff coil pack on my Honda Jazz. The Honda Jazz is fitted with two spark plugs and two coil packs per cylinder, so is there a test that I can carry out to trace the duff coil pack?
